In Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets, even though Hermione was petrified, she still assisted Harry and Ron in figuring out what and where the monster was. She tore a page out of a book in the library and Harry discovered it in her grip.

I shrunk down the image, printed it on cardstock and crumpled it up. Then I used brown ink to age the edges and creases. I found the image at Wizardry Workshop.
